We want you to love Amazingly Imperfect items as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for store credit ONLY. There are no refunds at this time.
To return customers must contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: Returns/Damage/Replacement and include your order number, name, and the reason for your return. If you are requesting a replacement for a damaged item please also include pictures.
Please note: any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Items must be in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.) and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the customer support team first.
We are unable to refund original shipping costs. Customer is also responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
